Querido Yo del Futuro: hey hola, espero que estes bien o mucho mejor de lo que yo estoy ahora ;) me encantaria saber que tal va todo, si ya se solucionaron los problemas con vos misma y tu cuerpo, si ya no te lastimas, si estas mejor con el mentiroso de tu papa o ya cortaron el vinculo como siento que se merece, si te deshisiste de todas esas cosas que venis cargando, si ya estas en algun punto mas estable, si ya hablaste y sacaste eso que me sigue atormentando de adentro. Espero y puedas estar mejor, con todo, tu familia, con tus amistades y con vos, se que ahora me esta costando una barbaridad pero quiero que sepas que por mas daño que te hagan o que hayas sufrido la unica persona que te puede sacar axdelante sos vos y nadie mas, todos los que quieran estar son mas que nada para apoyarte y acompañarte, nadie tiene tanta influencia como vos sobre vos. Tambien el aprender que no todas las personas son tus amigos de verdad, muchos se vasn a aprovechar de que sos buena y te van a hacer sentir mal muchas veces, y nada de andar ayudando a las curiosas que quieren experimentar, esas solo te cagan la vida. Bueno querida Verito espero y sepas que todo lo que paso aunque dejo secuelas horribles en nosotras muchas otras te enseñaron cosas. solo quiero que puedas disfrutar y elegir estar viva por que te gusta no porque sentis que le debes algo a alguien. con mucho cariño Verito :3

By the time you read this, I will have graduated from Unisinu. I hope I will have achieved many of the goals I am setting today. Right now, I am studying Industrial Engineering, and I am feeling proud and excited about finishing my degree. I imagine that in 10 years: • I will have been working in the field of industry for several years. • I will have improved my skills in Excel and English. • I will have traveled to many countries in Latin America. • I will have been living in Mexico for some time. These are my goals for the future: To complete a master’s degree. This is how I hope my life will look: I hope to have health, well-being, and to have my family with me. I hope that when you read this, you will have become the person I am dreaming of today. I hope you will have learned from every experience and will have been growing in your personal and professional life. Te escribo esta carta mientras estoy terminando mis estudios universitarios en el año 2026. Tú la estarás leyendo dentro de 10 años. Para cuando leas esto, ya me habré graduado de Unisinú. Espero haber alcanzado muchas de las metas que hoy estoy estableciendo. En este momento estoy estudiando Ingeniería Industrial y me siento orgullosa y emocionada por estar terminando mi carrera. Me imagino que dentro de 10 años: • Habré estado trabajando en el área de industria durante varios años. • Habré mejorado mis habilidades en Excel y en inglés. • Habré viajado por Latinoamérica. • Habré estado viviendo en México por algún tiempo. Estas son mis metas para el futuro: Realizar una maestría. Así es como espero que sea mi vida: Tener salud, bienestar y a mi familia conmigo. Date: December 10th, 2025 Dear Future Me, Hello! I am writing this letter as I am finishing my university studies in the year 2025. You are reading this in 10 years. By the time you read this, I will have graduated from Ingeniería Civil. I hope I will have achieved many of the goals I am setting today. Right now, I am studying Ingeniería Civil and I am feeling motivated, proud, and excited about finishing my degree. I imagine that in 10 years: • I will have been working in the field of construction, hydraulic projects, road design, and BIM technology for several years. • I will have improved my skills in BIM management, Civil 3D, hydraulic design, road design, and project coordination. • I will have traveled to many places inside and outside Colombia, especially with my girlfriend. • I will have been living in Cartagena, or maybe in another city where my professional career takes me. These are my goals for the future: • To become a successful and recognized civil engineer. • To specialize in BIM and lead major infrastructure projects. • To build financial stability and a better future for my family. • To create a home and a strong, loving family with my partner. • To travel, improve myself, and grow personally and professionally. This is how I hope my life will look: • Working on important infrastructure or coastal protection projects, contributing to the development of my region. • Leading engineering teams or even owning my own construction or BIM consulting company. • Living a stable, peaceful, and happy life, close to my loved ones. I hope that when you read this, you will have become the person I am dreaming of today.
