September 1, 2070 To my 2024 self, Hello, it's me, but from the future, writing to you from 2070. I want to tell you that your dreams came true. At 15, you were signed by Liverpool of Uruguay, an incredible achievement after your time at FC Treinta y Tres de Treinta y Tres. This was just the beginning of a football career that took you to places beyond your imagination. At 19, after years of hard work and dedication, you were signed by Independiente of Argentina. You learned a lot and grew as a player there. It was during this time that you married the love of your life at 24, and just a year later, as you prepared for a new challenge in your career, your first son, Tomás, was born. That same year, you joined Real Sociedad in Spain, balancing the start of your family life with football. At 26, just a year after moving to Spain, your second son, Pablo, was born. It was a period of great personal and professional happiness. But you knew there was more to achieve. At 25, you made the leap to England to play for Brighton. These years in England were crucial not only for your career but also for discovering another of your passions: graphic design. At 29, you decided to move to Italy to play for Sassuolo. While playing there, you began to delve deeper into your interest in graphic design and computer engineering. At 34, you returned to Uruguay to rejoin Liverpool, where you played your final years before retiring at 36. After your retirement, you didn't waste any time, and at 39, you finally opened your own sportswear and accessories company. This company was your pride and passion until you could no longer design and became the full owner, but you never let go of your love for design. Dad was always there, supporting you every step of the way, from your days in Treinta y Tres to your return to Liverpool and beyond. He was a constant inspiration to never give up. Today, at 85, I say goodbye to this life under a tree on my land, surrounded by the family you built with so much effort and love. Never forget where you come from, keep fighting for what you want, and remember to thank those who stood by your side every step of the way. With all my love and gratitude, Your 2070 self Felipe Acosta
